Making a Purchase
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read the terms in full before you use this website. Please note that by using this website you are deemed to agree to the terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.
The Halo Wind Resistant Umbrella Co Ltd accepts payment using major credit or debit cards. Prices on this website are quoted in GBP Pounds Sterling and include VAT at 20.0%.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and The Halo Wind Resistant Umbrella Co Ltd will occur when we despatch the goods to you. The Halo Wind Resistant Umbrella Co Ltd reserves the right not to accept an order at our sole discretion. You will be informed if your order has not been accepted.
Shipping & Handling
Our usual business hours are: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Outside these hours, any phone calls will be diverted to an answer machine, and we will respond as soon as possible.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.
The postage charge is £2.80 (excl. VAT) per umbrella for next day delivery anywhere within the UK. Charges outside the UK vary.
Orders must be received by 1pm for same day dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE DELIVERIES VIA ROYAL MAIL ARE NOT MADE AT WEEKENDS, FRIDAY DISPATCHES WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
For deliveries requiring signature please note that if delivery is not accepted and alternative arrangements are not made to re-arrange delivery, the cost of return postage may be deducted from any refunds.
Please note that quoted delivery times are based on information provided by Royal Mail and The Halo Wind Resistant Umbrella Co Ltd does not accept responsibility for delays on delivery.
Returns Policy
You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for purchases from this website only. Returned products must be unused, in original condition including labels and tickets.
To return goods to us please use the following procedure:
(1) Send an email to rh@haloumbrellas.com quoting your original order reference, to request a Merchandise Returns Authorisation (MRA) form.
(2) Complete the MRA and securely package your product to ensure that it reaches us in good condition. The Halo Wind Resistant Umbrella Co Ltd does not accept liability for any damage in transit.
(3) Send to the address stated on the MRA using a recorded delivery method. The Halo Wind Resistant Umbrella Co Ltd does not accept liability for losses in transit.
Once The Halo Wind Resistant Umbrella Co Ltd has received the returned product our Quality Assurance Team will review the condition and approve the refund for the cost of the product only, to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase. Please note postage costs will not be refunded.

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
Damaged & Faulty Goods
Please check your goods carefully on arrival and inform The Halo Wind Resistant Umbrella Co Ltd of any damage or manufacturing faults at rh@haloumbrellas.com within 7 days of receipt. Damage caused through usage, including wear and tear and wind damage, is not covered by our warranty.
If you encounter any faults with The Halo Wind Resistant Umbrella Co Ltd products purchased other than from this website, please contact the retailer or place of purchase directly.
Statutory Rights
None of the Terms & Conditions on this website are intended to affect your statutory rights. For more information about your rights please contact the Trading Standards Institute.
